Here’s a quick review of Wet ‘n’ Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Trio in Sweet As Candy.
Sweet As Candy contains a pearly light neutral pink eyelid shade, a slightly metallic chocolate brown crease shade, and a frosty off-white browbone shade. The pink shade is a bit sheer, but it’s lovely and buildable. The brown shade looks great and has good color payoff. I prefer to use matte eyeshadows on my browbones, but I do like the white shade on my inner corner. Of course, these can be used in different areas other than those mentioned.
This is another great eyeshadow trio from Wet ‘n’ Wild. The formula is buttery soft, silky smooth, and well pigmented. These eyeshadows apply nicely and blend easily. They last at least 8 hours on me without any fading or creasing (with a primer). I’m not going to complain about the flimsy packaging or the scratchy brush (although I think I just kinda did) because I don’t really care. It’s only $2.99.
