If I was a rich girl… na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na! See, I’d have all the lipsticks in the world if I was a wealthy girl. 😉
So, back to reality… I have all 8 lipstick shades from the Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Collection for you today. Thankfully, these were reasonably priced because I don’t have all the money in the world. 😆
Ex-Girlfriend is a sheer rosy nude with a luminous finish.
Firebird is a bright fuchsia pink with blue-pink shimmer.
Phone Call is a semi-sheer neutral pink with a glossy shine.
Wonderland is a bright pinky red with a soft sheen.
714 is a bright warm red with a completely matte finish.
Plaid is a semi-sheer berry-red with a luminous sheen.
Rock Steady is a deep wine red with a smooth, creamy finish.
Spiderweb is a neutral red with a creamy shine.
Firebird, Rock Stready, Spiderweb, and Wonderland have a rich, buttery, super creamy texture with good color payoff and staying power. Ex-Girlfriend, Phone Call, and Plaid are more on the sheer side and doesn’t last as long, but they have the same rich, creamy feel that is slightly hydrating. 714 is the only “mega matte” here which I love because you get that bold color in a velvety matte finish that is long-lasting yet non-drying. I just wish there were more matte shades in this collection!
The lightweight plastic packaging feels a little cheap, but that’s not really a deal breaker for me, considering these are cheaper ($18.00) and contain more product (0.11 oz) compared to the UD Revolution Lipsticks ($22.00 for 0.09 oz).
Did you pick up any of these shades? Which one’s your favorite?
