I wasn’t really planning to purchase Too Cool because it didn’t seem unique. I mean how many shimmery white cream eyeshadows do I really need? I already have Benefit’s Ice Shot and Make Up For Ever #4 Snow, but I decided to get Too Cool anyway. For review purposes, I said to myself. 😉
I’m actually glad I purchased this product. It’s soft and smooth, but once it sets, it won’t budge a bit. I can wear this for about 8-10 hours with minimal creasing. With a primer and a powder eyeshadow to set, it lasts about 14-16 hours on me without any creasing or fading. I have not tested this for the full 24 hours because I wouldn’t wear makeup for that long. I find it applies best if I use my fingers, which makes it so quick and easy.
I wouldn’t say the quality is better than MAC Paint Pots or MUFE Aqua Creams, but I think it’s comparable. This is a great product for the price. You get 0.14 oz. for around $6.99. Packaging-wise, I really like it! It comes in a heavy glass jar with a good-fitting screw-on lid, so it doesn’t look or feel cheap.
Have you tried Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 Hour Eyeshadows yet? What are your favorite shades? What do you think of Too Cool?
