I actually planned to skip the MAC Fall Colour Collection, but the eyeshadow quads sucked me in. And here they are…
MAC Angel Flame Eyeshadow Quad includes Chamomile, Angel Flame, Feather Pink, and Gravel.
From L to R: Chamomile, Angel Flame, Feather Pink, and Gravel.
Chamomile is a pale yellow with a satin finish. Angel Flame is a light golden peach with a frost finish. I am in LOVE with this shade! It reminds me of Melon (one of my favorite pigments). Feather Pink is a very pretty cotton candy pink with a satin finish. Gravel is a gray-black with a matte finish.
MAC Parlour Smoke Eyeshadow Quad includes Parlor Smoke, Cross Cultural, Indigo Noir, and Steel.
From L to R: Parlor Smoke, Cross Cultural, Indigo Noir, and Steel.
Parlor Smoke is a silvery-gray with a tinge of purple and a frost finish. Cross Cultural is a dark brown with a matte finish. Indigo Noir is a navy blue with a matte finish. Steel is a gorgeous dark gray with touch of blue and a veluxe pearl finish.
Overall, I think these eyeshadow quads are pretty good in texture and payoff. I do wish the matte shades were a little softer and creamier though. I really like the shades in Angel Flame, especially Angel Flame (of course) and Feather Pink. I can see myself using this quad a lot. The shades in Parlour Smoke are nice too. Perfect for fall and winter!
Are you getting anything from this collection? Did Angel Flame and/or Parlour Smoke make it to your list?
